I saw Dr Danner during the Sept-Oct timeframe this year for back, foot and neck pain issues. Although I work out twice weekly at the YMCA ,She helped me rehab in their gym and made orthopedic inserts for my shoes. The trainers there introduced me to core strength exercises which were needed and also some balance techniques and training to build surrounding muscle groups in the weak areas. also her weekly adjustments over the 2months were very effective in treating the problems and helping me to get into better shape and also helped my golf game.
