LEADERSHIP TEAM is leader, secretary, & treasurer.
Meeting Leader leads our meetings, makes & prints the agenda, makes new member packets and card folders, keeps the card box reminding those whose cards are low, puts ads in newspapers and is the official spokes person for our group with Crystal Creek Café.
Secretary/VP makes the speaker rotations, tallies the ‘I Have’ bag and presents the outcomes, presents awards to those with the most guests, one2ones, & referrals, prints the sign in form & the quick menu, sends letters to the absentee members, steps in when the leader is not available, .
Treasurer keeps track of the dues & drawing money and member applications. Reports once a month on status.
MEMBERSHIP TEAM call and interview references on received applications and deal with membership issues should they arise. Advise meeting Leader of comments on the interviews for induction process.
Visitor Hosts Greets guests. Gets a business card for Leader to introduce guest at the meeting Meets with guests to assist with the application process and questions after their second visit.
Education presents an educational moment at every meeting.
Mentor meets with and assists new members with learning our systems and answering their questions in a timely manner after their induction into our group. Go over the Membership Guide with each new member so that they are prepared to participate fully and reap the benefits of membership.
Special Events is in charge of our special events. A social event and a prospecting event is to be held each quarter.
Drawing Host\ess is in charge of the purchases of tickets and the card shuffle/drawing to get the Ace of Spades for members to receive half of the kitty collected since this deck was presented.
Cronus keeps members to their one minute time slot and for speakers their ten minute time slot. Please stand when their time is over and interrupt them if need be. We want to give everyone a chance to speak but end the meeting on time.
